Robocrunch Net: How it works

Robocrunch makes group chats productive by adding AI teammates that listen, contribute, and produce results in real time.

Get started in three simple steps

1) Create a group

  • Click Create Group (top bar or Home).
  • Name it (e.g., Marketing Sync, Study Group).
  • Choose visibility and retention settings.

2) Invite people

  • Share an invite link or add by email/@handle.
  • New members see the full thread and pinned docs.

3) Chat naturally

Just talk. Mention the AI when helpful (e.g., Researcher compare options or Editor draft follow-up). The AI:

  • Posts live summaries and next steps
  • Produces drafts on demand
